The process works really well for sellers who don't want to deal with the sale themselves, don't understand what thet have or are in an hurry. Please read carfully before contacting us with your items for sale. The two key questions are "the amount you want" and "the time you want to spend on trying to get that price". We can proceed anyway you wish, If you send us a u-sell request we will give you the following options;

THE QUICK SALE PROCESS - We might ask you to tell us what you want for the item. In our experiance most people have an idea they want. If you know it will save us both a lot of time. If you want us to make offers hoping you'll be suprised that won't happen, any offer may even disapoint and end the conversation at a stroke. We are not in the business of disapointing people. So if you know, tell us what you want and we'll be able to tell you the best way to proceed to get that price or near to it. You see, if we don't buy we can sell them for you better then you can and this service really pays for itself more often then not. We'll sell the items as fast as possible using our expertise to research, describe and photo the items for publication. We then may place them on our own site and/or other sites including auctions like Ebay. But we also have lists of collectors waiting for items we send details to them the details too. The intention is to sell and send you the money rasied within two to four weeks. The cost of this process is just 10% of the sale price upto a maximum of £10.00 per item plus other cost assicated with the sale, that might come to another 5-10%. Most the time these are 3rd party costs that you would incure anyway if you sold the item(s) yourself. Things like Ebay listing and final value cost, paypal payment costs etc. Our 10% is taken from the money raised before costs and anything that doesn't sell is sent back at your cost, here's an example of a real sale we done this year on Ebay;

IF YOU HAVE MORE TIME OR MORE ITEMS TRY OUR STANDARD U_SELL PROCESS - We ask people to accept these friendly rules; they do not affect your statutory rights, as they apply to second hand goods;Policy if you buy:
 1.     Most items will ship as normal from us but some must be shipped by the sellers to cut down on costs. You agree to us passing your contact details to the seller for this sole purpose.
2.     Commission items are as described by the seller and we rely on the sellers to ship promptly to the buyers in these cases. Your money will remain with us till you are happy or 7 days have passed.
3.     In the rare event that you do have an issue please contact us first. If that is within 7 days of the purchase date you can return the item but at your cost. We will refund your item payment and cancel the order as long as the item is in the same condition as sold. (Please pack items well if returning them).
4.     After 7 days we will pass payment to the seller and the transaction is closed. We will not enter into any debate or discussion after the 7 day period. So we recommend you ask any questions before buying and inspect the item on arrival to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
5.     Finally remember if you were to ask 10 people to describe an item including condition you may get ten differing descriptions. We will only accept items for sale if we ourselves are happy with the seller so you shouldn't be too concerned but mistakes and misunderstanding should be allowed for.
