Shipping Policy

We take the worry out of it all

All items are well packed & shipped as soon as possible, this is normally within 48 hours but no longer then 7 working days. Any change to these times will be reported on our front page. We have to have flexibility on our quoting system and so items may not be sent the way you choose at times. If your whole order falls outside the quoted price by the shipper (post office etc) on the day of shipping. We always refund over payment of more then £1.00 when spotted and we encourage customers to contact us if they feel they have been over charged for delivery. 

As collectors ourselves, before we setup this web site, experience told us that when ordering over the phone, by mail or on the internet many collectors experienced disappointments due to bad descriptions, bad packing or just sugaring (saying an item is better then it really is). It is our objective to offer a service better then we ourselves experienced and hopefully the best you will find. We make every effort to make sure items are delivered in good time, in good order and as described. Should we fail in any of these areas we will be happy to refund or replace without question as long as you send the item back with original packing within 7 days. Please contact via email before sending goods back.

We suggest customers to choose "Recorded Delivery" for all purchases.

Items over £50.00 should be sent "Special Delivery" so they are insured during delivery.

Time sensitive orders - Please note the terms of "Special Delivery" as given by The Royal Mail can be confusing. This service is offered as Next Day but this only applies to items posted between Monday and Thursday. In our experiance all items posted Friday do not get delivered till the following Monday. Here is what Royal Mail State about Saturday delivery;

Available for a small surcharge (£2.70 extra per item) from Post Offices throughout the UK. Mail an item on a Friday and we can guarantee next day delivery even though it’s a Saturday. Items sent to the following business types are excluded from the Saturday Guarantee: Banks, Building Societies, Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches.

We do however leave that choice to the customer as postage can be a large addition to some items. Please note:- Damage or lost items are rare, in fact we have yet to experience any but remember we only act as your agent for shipping and so we do not replace or refund for items lost. Should items be lost or damaged we will provide the info needed for you to make a compensation claim with the delivery service used on your behalf.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD - We screen for credit card fraud both at transaction level and pre-shipping. For this reason customers from the following countries may be asked to prove their identity before goods are shipped. We have a policy of reporting all at temped fraud.

Returning items - We try to describe our items in an honest and clear way but condition is always a subjective exercise. This is why we are happy to have items returned without question. However, due to the collective costs involved its not possible for us to return any postage. Please contact us before you return any item, we will then be able to prepare for the return and possibly find a replacement for you. You must pay the return postage & packing including insurance for items over £50.00. The item must be in the same condition as we sent out and returned within 7 day unless agreed with our office before hand.
